Cam Follower Needle Roller Bearing
HRBN---cam follower roller bearing is a bearing unit composed of machined
thick-wall outer race, needle roller or cylindrical roller, or the rolling
body guided by retainer or full-component rolling body, inner or bolt
and sealing. Featuring multiple compact structure, high rotating accuracy,
large varieties, broad adaptability and easy installation, it can bear
high radial load and certain shock load and is widely used in lathe,
metallurgical, textile and printing machinery, processing lines and
etc.
STO, NA22...2RS series of products can be applied to the operation with
high speed when it is being lubricated with oil.
NATR series of supporting rollers are especially suitable for heavy
and medium speed.
NATV, NUTR, KRV, NUKR series of full-load rolling body products can
bear heavier load with low speed.
Types of Designs:
Supporting structure of needle rollers or cylindrical rollers is adopted
for this kind of bearing. There are multiple types of sealing for preventing
pollutant or water intrusion, various profile forms such as cylindrical
& arc for the outer circle of outer race, bolt shaft structure which
is convenient for direct installation and suitable to different occasions.
Special structure can be designed as well according to the requirements
of customers.
Product Precision Accuracy:
Dimensional tolerance and geometrical accuracy is based on GB/T6445.
Mutual difference of needle roller diameter is 2μm, and the precision
grade is G2 (ISO GB309).
Bearing radial running clearance conforms to the value defined by 0
group of GB/T4604.
Diameter tolerance of outer-race arc is 0~0.05mm.

Materials:
Material for needle roller is GCr15 bearing steel, quench-hardening
HRC60---65.
Material for inner and outer races is GCr15 bearing steel or carburizing
steel.
Material for cages is quality low-carbon steel or reinforced nylon.
Special Directions:
Outer race surface of supporting roller is arc form so as to avoid rim
stress.
Limited by plastic cages (suffixed with TN) and sealing-element material,
operating temperature is -30℃---+100℃.
Outer race position is adjusted by eccentric sleeve structure so that
it can match the motion rail.
